Contact & Support Availability

Support and availability depends on if you are on a FREE or Paid PRO plan. You can use the intercom widget to contact support.
PRO: You can contact support and expect a reply next business day. A business day is generally weekdays and not weekends or red days.
FREE: You can report issues through support, we will try our best to reply. It´s not possible to reply to everyone who contacts support. To better your chances, explain your issue in detail with as much information as possible.
