In addition, the company offers insurance agency services; credit and debit cards, and overdrafts; automatic teller machine, direct pay, safe deposit box, wire transfer, online cash management, merchant, and remote deposit capture services; and online and telephone banking services. The company was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Windsor, Virginia.
