It is also involved in the wholesale and retail distribution of food and consumer products; provision of consulting services; administration of real estate property of DIA Brasil; distribution of food and toiletries through supermarkets; leasing of business premises; distribution of cleaning and toiletry products; and creation, maintenance, and exploitation of Web pages and portals for the sale of products and services. In addition, the company offers consumer loans, mortgage loans, and finance for commercial transactions, and credit and debit card issuing and management services. The company was incorporated in 1966 and is headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
