In addition, the company invests in securities consisting of obligations of United States government sponsored entities, municipal obligations, and mortgage-backed securities. It operates through 18 full-service branch locations and one loan production office in Carroll, Columbiana, Jefferson, Stark, Summit, and Wayne and contiguous counties in Ohio The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Minerva, Ohio.
