The company's Retail segment provides a range of banking and related financial services, such as current and savings accounts, fixed deposits, bill of exchange, housing loans, credit cards, personal loans and sale finance loans, hire-purchase and leasing, wealth management, and bancassurance products. Its Commercial segment offers financial services and products, including credit facilities from short term working capital, cash management, trade finance, transactional banking, advisory services, and treasury and money markets products. The company also engages in the provision of refinancing, car rental, personnel, collection, mutual fund, private fund management, asset management, factoring and information technology, life and general insurance brokerage, micro-finance, venture capital, real estate lease, and other financial services, as well as in securities business. As of December 31, 2020, it operated 670 branches in Thailand; 1 branch in Vientiane; and 1 representative office in Myanmar, as well as 6,500 ATMs. The company was founded in 1945 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of MUFG Bank, Ltd.
